| | Description:Kingston's Camp is an all outdoor rustic day camp with programs to allow your child full immersion in nature. `` Our Mission: To provide a traditional outdoor summer day camp experience. We aspire to conserve and preserve our environment, teach about nature, ecology and non-violence. Our science, art, crafts, and drama projects will utilize plants, animals & recyclables from our environment. Our games, lessons and activities will focus on fixing problems, teach teamwork, conflict resolution, and allow the campers to grow and thrive in a natural environment.``Many of our activities and games are camper driven to promote your child's growth and self-determination. All of this is accomplished at a relaxed summer pace. We balance projects, activities, games and exploring with making friends, free swim, hanging out and enjoying summer. ``Our Adventure Program provides real adventures throughout Rhode Island. Canoeing down the Pawcatuck, Surfing, Bouldering and Trail Biking incl. overnight with friends. |
